Bake the dough in boiling water and salt for 8 to 10 min.


Also cook the broccoli in the same way.


In the meantime wash the mushrooms, leeks and peppers, and laminate them.


Sauté the vegetables in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Reserve.


In the same frying pan, brown the salmon previously seasoned with salt and pepper, about 4 min on each side.


Drain the water from the pasta and broccoli and add to the vegetables. Add a drizzle of olive oil and rectify the seasonings.


Serve the mixture with the salmon.
