Preparation Instructions

Detox Extreme Plan Day 1 - Drink 1 serving of 0.5 L for breakfast, mid-morning and mid-afternoon (total day = 1.5 L).

Wash and thoroughly clean all ingredients and remove the papaya seeds. Remove the peel from fruits such as papaya and 2 ginger slices, keeping only the cucumber peel.

Cut the ingredients into small portions and put them all in the glass of your blender or food processor.
