Tricolor Peppers and Cherry Tomato Soup
A detox soup, healthy, very tasty, versatile and so simple to prepare! You can eat it hot or cold, depending on the temperature outside. It's one of my favorite soups and it looks really fantastic.

Detox Extreme Plan Day 1 - lunch and dinner. Make 1 serving for each meal. You may repeat the dose if necessary.
In a tray or a pyrex place a drizzle of olive oil and distribute the prepared ingredients. Place the container in the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 10-15 min.
In a pan put the pseudo baked ingredients and add water to cover the vegetables. Let it cook for about 10-15 min.
Optional: You can also poach 2 eggs in the soup.
