Preparation Instructions

Day 2 of the Detox Easy Plan and Day 3 of the Detox Long Plan - Drink 1 serving of 0.5 L for breakfast, mid-morning and mid-afternoon (total day = 1.5 L).

Wash the apples and pears in the shell, the 2 slices of ginger, the lemons, the 4 basil leaves and the 6 coriander branches.

Put them in the blender jar, add about 400ml of cold water and grind until smooth.

Adjust the texture with water to taste and serve it very fresh with some sesame seeds as topping.
