Preparation Instructions


In a large saucepan, place the olive oil and chopped onions, and simmer about 3 min.


Add the 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 thinly sliced celery stalks, diced tomatoes, diced sweet potatoes, water, cumin, salt and ground pepper and cook over low heat. for about 20 min.


Stir in the drained chickpeas, the kale without the stalks and the fresh chilli (optional) and wrap it very well. Let it cook another 10 min.


Confirm that the potato is cooked and rectify the seasonings. Before serving mix the chopped coriander.

All ingredients in the recipe are gluten free. Suitable for celiac.
