Preparation Instructions


Wash the ingredients and can use them with or without peel (except banana).


Cut the apple, cucumber, kale, 3 celery stalks, spinach, half banana, and ginger into large pieces.


Mix everything in a blender, grind, strain and serve immediately.


You can add more water to have the consistency you want.
