Cook fresh tuna in a pan filled with water for 15 min.
After the dough has a good consistency, mold into 12 small balls with your hands.
Place on a tray and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 min.
For the Puree:
Cook them in a pan of water for 40 min until cooked (beets take a long time to cook).
Bring to the heat for 3 min and serve.
