Preparation Instructions

This recipe requires 1 hour in the fridge before serving.

For or Candy:

Crush with the magic wand or a processor: the dates, the peanut butter, 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot water and a pinch of salt until caramel colored. Reserve.

For the Cookie:

Mix 2/3 cups of oatmeal with 1/4 cups of caramel until smooth. If necessary add more caramel.

To ride:

Cover a cake pan or long tupperware with parchment paper and flatten this batter in the base.

Put the caramel on top.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and place over the previous two layers. Sprinkle with previously roasted peanuts (with or without salt).

Chill for at least 1h.

Cut into 6 slices and ready to serve.

Note: This recipe gives 6 snickers. An individual dose equals 1 snicker.
