Preparation Instructions

For mass:


In a blender, beat eggs, turmeric, cornmeal, ground flaxseed, baking powder, salt and pepper to taste.



For the filling:


Preheat the oven to 180ºC.


In a non-stick frying pan put the olive oil and some water.


Sauté the ingredients of the stuffing: sliced tomatoes, coriander, mushrooms and sliced asparagus and sesame seeds.


Now add to the dough.


Put in a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden.


Accompany with a salad of lettuce and arugula, and it is ready to serve.

Note: This recipe makes 8 slices. One single serving equals 1 slice.
