Preparation Instructions


Finely chop the onion and parsley. Cut half of the mushrooms in four and the other half in thick blades.


Bring a pan to the heat with half the olive oil and add the chopped onion. Let it simmer very gently for about 10-15 min. Add the mushrooms and the remaining olive oil. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika, add white wine and stir well. Let it stew for about 5 min.


Add the tablespoon of flour and mix. Then add the fusilli and hot water and stir very well.


Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 13 min until the pasta is cooked and the liquid is creamy.


Add the chopped parsley and mix.


Serve with sprinkled parmesan cheese.
