Preparation Instructions

For Grain Curry:

01

Saute with olive oil, onion and garlic. In the meantime cut 1 carrot, a generous strip of red pepper and add to the braised when you have already gained a little color.

02

Let the vegetables cook in the pan for about 15 to 20 minutes and add the spices (black pepper, ginger, turmeric and piri-piri).

03

When the vegetables are almost cooked add the grain and soy cream.

04

Cook another 5 min and it's ready to serve!

For Basmati Rice:

01

Wash the rice well and drain, placing it in a deep pan.

02

Boil water in a kettle to speed up the process and add 2 scoops of boiling water to 1 scoop of rice. Put salt to taste.

03

Let the water and rice begin to boil with the uncovered pan. As soon as the boiling begins, turn the heat to low and cover the pan by letting the rice cook for 10 min or until the water is completely absorbed.

04

At the end stir with the help of a fork (not a spoon) so the rice is very loose.

05

Accompany with the grain curry.
