Lentil Tacos with Special Sauce

These tacos are very rich and the sauce can be eaten by the spoon. Perfect for a light and protein lunch!

For the filling:
Toast the hazelnuts in a skillet and then coarsely mash them.
Mix the cooked lentils and wrap.
To make the Special Sauce:
If it becomes too thick, add water to the desired consistency. Set aside in a bowl
To make the tacos:
Wash the 8-12 lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry them.
Stuff the lettuce leaves with the lentil mixture.
Note: This recipe makes 8-12 tacos. An individual dose is 2-3 tacos.
