Preparation Instructions

01

Crush the tofu with a fork. Add the brewer's yeast and pepper and mix everything together.

02

In a bowl, combine turmeric, garlic powder and water.

03

Remove the hard asparagus stems (push the root sideways until it breaks). Wash the asparagus and cut into small pieces, reserving the ends.

04

Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the asparagus stems and brown for 5 min (or not), stirring occasionally. Add the tips and wrap. Let it brown for another 2 min.

05

Add the tofu and some more olive oil, and stir to wrap everything. It is normal for the tofu to start clinging to the frying pan, so scrape it well, as the pieces that are glued together are crispy and delicious. Let it cook for 3-5 min.

06

Pour in the turmeric, garlic and water mixture and incorporate well into the tofu until everything has a wonderful yellow color.

07

Let it cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold.
