Preparation Instructions


In a bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add the yogurt.


Add the grated cheese, thyme and seasoning. Reserve.


Scald the fresh spinach in salted water. Drain them well, squeezing them a little.


In a very hot skillet, add a little olive oil and add the mushrooms, frying a little. Add the spinach and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.


Place the mushroom and spinach mixture in a non-stick form (preferably with no removable bottom as the mixture is liquid) and place the egg and yogurt mixture on top.


Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 min, or until surface is golden.
