Preparation Instructions

For Vegetable Pie:

Peel the potatoes and 2 medium carrots. With the help of a medium hole grater, grate the vegetables.

Add 4 eggs with the spinach and with the help of a magic wand mash everything.

In a bowl, combine egg and spinach mixture with sweet potato and grated carrot.
