Preparation Instructions

For Chicken Curry:

Make a sauté with a drizzle of olive oil, onion and garlic.

Add the chicken breast seasoned with 3 ginger chips, 2 cinnamon sticks, saffron, black pepper, salt and cook.

Now add the coconut milk and mix well.

At the end add the cut apple and cover. Adjust seasonings to taste.

You can add fresh coriander as a topping (optional).

For Basmati Rice:

Place the rice in a fine mesh strainer and wash well under running water for 2-3 min or until the water drains translucent.

Drain the rice well and set aside.

Put the water in a pan, bring to a boil and carefully pour the rice. Add salt to taste.

Bring to a boil, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 8 min.

Keep the lid on the pan, remove from heat and let stand for 5 min with the pan always well covered.

Stir the rice with a fork and it is ready to serve.
