Preparation Instructions

To make the individual dose use 1/4 of the amounts of the ingredients.

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, remove the skin and seeds. Then cut it into slices. Reserve.

Wash the apple and remove the skin and stones. Then cut it into pieces. Reserve.

Add all the fresh ingredients and the squeezed lime juice in a blender and crush everything very well. Grated ginger is optional.

Serve immediately in a bowl and optionally as a topping you can place various seeds, sprouts or peeled hemp seeds. You can add a few drops of jalapeño to give it a more spicy touch.

Note: all ingredients must be stored in the refrigerator for 1 hour before being used and thus be very fresh.
