Preparation Instructions

Wash and separate the broccoli into sprigs, bake in unsalted water for 10-15 min and set aside.

In a frying pan or wok, place a drizzle of olive oil with the chopped garlic cloves. Let it fry a few seconds.

Add the laminated mushrooms and cook for another 3 or 4 min.

Add the broccoli and sprouts and stir everything well.

Grill the pork loin on a grill and then cut into small strips perpendicular to the steak.

Now add the Konjac dough and the strips to the wok and season with the soy sauce and a few drops of olive oil.

Cook everything for 3-5 minutes, for the dough to gain flavor. If necessary, add a pinch of salt.
