Preparation Instructions

Boil cod for about 10 min in boiling water and add salt to taste. Then remove from heat and let cool.

When it is cold chip the cod.

For salad preparation chop the onion, garlic and coriander.

Add the cooked grain, the olive oil and the vinegar. Finally add the cod chips and stir well. Rectify the spices to taste and serve.
