Preparation Instructions

Crush the avocado. Cut the onion and red pepper into small pieces and the carrot into sticks. Put it all together.

Individually soak 10-12 leaves of rice in hot water for 10 sec to soften and are ready to fill.

Also crush the tuna, add it to the mixture and stuff the rice paper with some lettuce leafs.
